Sobre Nosotros

El Departamento de Finanzas y Administración es una unidad clave dentro de la estructura organizativa de GRAC: Global Rights Action, encargada de garantizar la estabilidad financiera y operativa de la organización. Su misión principal es gestionar los recursos económicos y administrativos de manera transparente, eficiente y sostenible, asegurando que cada inversión y gasto estén alineados con los valores y objetivos de la fundación.

Además, este departamento alberga la Oficina de Recursos Humanos, responsable de la gestión del talento humano, el desarrollo profesional y el bienestar del equipo de GRAC.

Funciones principales:

📌 Gestión Financiera y Administrativa:

✔ Administración de recursos: Planificar, gestionar y optimizar los fondos de GRAC para garantizar su sostenibilidad a largo plazo.
✔ Supervisión de presupuestos y auditorías: Controlar la elaboración y ejecución de los presupuestos, asegurando auditorías periódicas para garantizar la integridad de los estados financieros.
✔ Cumplimiento legal y fiscal: Asegurar que todas las operaciones financieras cumplan con las normativas legales, fiscales y contables en los países donde GRAC opera.
✔ Transparencia y rendición de cuentas: Implementar mecanismos de control financiero que garanticen la máxima transparencia, facilitando la rendición de cuentas a donantes, aliados estratégicos y entidades reguladoras.
✔ Optimización de procesos administrativos: Diseñar estrategias para mejorar la eficiencia en la gestión de documentos, pagos, proveedores y otros aspectos operativos esenciales.
✔ Búsqueda de financiamiento: Evaluar nuevas fuentes de financiamiento, alianzas estratégicas y modelos de sostenibilidad financiera para fortalecer la misión de GRAC.
